Legalities:

• All young people under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.

• The minimum age for air rifle shooting is 8 years old, for insurance reasons.

• The minimum age for air pistol shooting is 12 years old.

• The minimum age for "springers" (e.g. break barrels) shooting is 14 years old.

• Children under the age of 8 are strictly not allowed on the premises, for insurance reasons.

• Customers' own air guns MUST be carried in bags/cases.

• Customers' own air rifles will be chronoed to ensure they are below the UK legal limit of 12 ft/lbs.

Bookings:

• All standard bookings are per person, per hour (lane sharing is not allowed).

• Advance payment by bank transfer will be taken at the time of booking, for all bookings.

• Bookings will only be confirmed, and lanes reserved, once payment has been received.

• Advance payments are strictly non-refundable, although rescheduling is perfectly acceptable. 

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for the rescheduling of all standard bookings.

• A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for the rescheduling of group bookings.

• Late arrival will result in shortened shooting time.

• Spectators are not allowed, but adults supervising young shooters are more than welcome.

• Walk-ins are welcome, but entirely subject to availability (advance bookings are highly recommended).

Exclusive Use Bookings:

• "Exclusive Use" bookings are available for groups/parties of up to 8 shooters maximum.

• "Exclusive Use" means that no other customers can use the facilities at the same time as your group.

• The maximum number of children allowed to take part is 6, for safety and insurance reasons.

• Groups of children must be supervised at all times by one or two non-shooting adults.

• Spectators, other than supervising adults, are not allowed.

• When participants with Additional Needs take part, it is our aim to remain as inclusive as possible.

We are required, under the Equality Act 2010, to make "reasonable adjustments".

This means reducing the number of shooters, whenever necessary, to provide adequate supervision.

This also means bookings have to be considered as "Exclusive Use" to ensure a safe experience for all.

Customers Safety:

• All shooters new to Insights Air Range are required to complete our disclaimer form on arrival.

• Eye protection is compulsory for all shooters and supervising adults.

• For safety reasons (and out of courtesy for all shooters), lane/guns sharing is not allowed.

• The use of steel and copper-coated lead BBs is strictly forbidden.

• The use of "explosive" pellets is also strictly forbidden, and will result in an instant, permanent ban if used at the range.

Gift Vouchers:

• There is no expiry on all Insights Gift Vouchers.

• Gift vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-refundable.

• Gift vouchers serial numbers (starting with letters IGV) will be requested at the time of booking.

• Gift vouchers MUST be presented on arrival at the range to be redeemed against bookings.

• Where gift vouchers are not presented on arrival, full payment will be required.

• Lost and misplaced gift vouchers will neither be refunded, nor replaced.
