Is there a minimum age?

Yes there is.  Due to conditions applicable to our Public Liability Insurance, all children must be 8 years or older to be allowed on the premises and shoot at the range.

Please note that the minimum age for air pistol shooting is 12 years old, and 14 years old for "Springers".

All young people under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult over the age of 21 at all times.

How many lanes are there?

We have 12 shooting lanes, all 10 metres long, each equipped with their own dedicated target retrieval system and a range of targets.

Do I need to book?

Although walk-ins are welcome, we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.  For all bookings, message us via Facebook or WhatsApp, or phone us on 07368693030.

Is lane sharing allowed?

For safety reasons, and out of courtesy for all shooters, lane sharing is not allowed at the range.

Are spectators allowed?

For safety reasons, and out of courtesy for all shooters, spectators are not allowed at the range.  

Adults supervising young people under the age of 18 are not classed as spectators and are therefore more than welcome at the range.

Are memberships available?

Yes, upon request.  Enquire directly at the range for further details and membership discounts.

Do I have to be a member?

Of course not!  Visitors are always welcome.

Can I use my own air rifle(s)?

Absolutely!  Both PCP and spring powered air rifles are allowed, but please be aware that the minimum age for shooting "springers" at the range is 14 years old, and is subject to ongoing monitoring for young people.

Please note that all new air rifles will be chronoed on first use to ensure they are below the UK 12 ft/lbs legal limit.

Can I use air pistols?

Of course!  Pellet and BB pistols are allowed for shooters aged 12 years or older.

Please note that, for safety reasons, the only types of BBs allowed at the range are Air Venturi Dust Devil Frangible and ASG Blaster 0.13g.  Steel and lead BBs are strictly forbidden.

Can I hire air guns?

Yes, air rifles (min. 8 years old) and air pistols (min. 12 years old) can be hired from the range.

Can I buy target cards?

Yes, we have a selection of target cards at the range to chose from.

Can I buy CO2 cartridges?

Yes, we always sell Umarex 12g CO2 capsules at the range. 

Are PCP air refills available?

Yes, PCP air refill facilities are available at the range for a small fee.  One refill is included for each booking.

Can I hire the range for parties?

Absolutely!  Our Party Package is suitable for groups of up to 10 participants.  Conditions apply.

Can I buy gift vouchers?

Yes, gift vouchers can be purchased and collected from the range, or we can send them direct to your front door.

How can I pay?

We accept payments by bank transfer only.  Payment is taken at the time of booking, for all bookings.

Are refreshments available?

Yes.  Hot beverages, soft drinks and sweets are all available for purchase.

Are there toilet facilities?

Yes.  Our accessible toilets comply with Part M regulations.

Is there disabled access?

Yes, the range provides accessible entrance to both reception and shooting areas.
